Virgo

Virgo es una de las constelaciones presentes en el cielo nocturno del nacimiento de Jesús. Se encuentra entre Leo y Libra y es cruzada por el Sol desde el 16 de setiembre hasta el 31 de octubre. Virgo ha sido identificada con diversas heroínas. Entre ellas la diosa fenicia del amor Ishtar, la griega Perséfone, Deméter la diosa de los agricultura y la Virgen María. La estrella más brillante de Virgo es Spica, azulada que se encuentra a 260 años luz, significa espiga de trigo, objeto que Virgo lleva en su mano.
